Trac
"Trac is an enhanced wiki and issue tracking system for software development projects".
I'm also (mis-)using it for this website. Its API allows the integration of plugins (including new macros) written in Python. Most available plugins are listed on Trac-Hacks.
I wrote a couple of smaller and bigger plugins. Most popular seems to be the WatchlistPlugin. A complete list of my plugins can be found on my profile on trac-hacks.org.
